Plumbing that keeps up with the build schedule
Rough-in, top-out and fixture set for production and custom homes. We work to your schedule, keep the jobsite moving and pressure-test our own work before inspection.

- Top-out after framing, including tub and shower valve set
- Fixture set and trim-out
- Pressure testing and inspection prep
- Lot and subdivision work across DFW

How the bid works
- Send the plans, lot address and stage
- Tell us the dates you need us on site
- We review the scope and return the bid
One crew from the slab to the final walk.
We take the plumbing package from ground rough through fixture set, or step in for the stage you need covered. Pipe, grade, vents and pressure tests stay with the same crew, so the next trade is not waiting on us.
Built around your schedule, not ours.
Send the lot list and the dates you need rough-in and top-out. We confirm what we can cover, put it in writing and keep your superintendent in the loop when the schedule moves.

Before you send the request.
What do you need to price a construction plumbing bid?
Send the plans or a written scope, the lot or project city, the stage you are at and the date you need us on site. If you have an ITB or a plan link, include it.
Which stages can you take?
Rough-in, top-out and fixture set. Some builders hand us the whole plumbing package, others bring us in for one stage. Tell us which stages you want covered.
Can we start before the plans are final?
Send what you have. We will review it, flag what is missing and tell you what has to be settled before we can give you a firm bid.
Do I need finalized plans to get a bid?
You can start with the project city, type, stage, scope and expected timeframe. Add an ITB or plan link when you have one so the bid starts from the right numbers.
