Before you send the request.
How far ahead should I schedule a rough-in crew?
As soon as you know the lot dates, send them over. We confirm the schedule from there and tell you what has to be ready before we start.
Do you pressure-test the rough-in before inspection?
Yes. The system gets tested before the inspection, and if corrections come back on our work, we take care of them. Tell us the inspection schedule so the test lines up with it.
Do you work on both production and custom homes?
Yes. Send the plans and the lot list, and tell us whether you want one stage covered or the plumbing package from ground rough through fixture set.
