Restroom plumbing: toilets, vanities and valves.
A toilet that runs all night, a leak at the base or a bowl that keeps clogging. Most of these start with the parts inside the tank or the seal under the bowl, and they are worth fixing before the floor is damaged.
Restroom fixtures, repaired and replaced
A toilet that runs all night, a leak at the base or a bowl that keeps clogging. Most of these start with the parts inside the tank or the seal under the bowl, and they are worth fixing before the floor is damaged.
- Toilet repair: running, leaking, weak flush, repeat clogs
- Fill valves, flappers, flush towers and handles
- Wax rings, flanges and supply line repairs
- Toilet replacement, including low-flow and comfort-height
- Vanity sinks, shut-off valves and restroom fixtures

What to share
- Describe the fixture and what it is doing
- Send photos of the tank and base if you can
- We confirm whether to repair or replace
Most toilet problems live in the tank.
Flappers, fill valves, flush towers and seals wear out long before the porcelain does. Replacing those parts fixes most running, weak-flush and phantom-flush calls.
- Running and phantom flushes
- Weak or incomplete flush
- Leaks at the base, tank or supply line
- Repeat clogs that point to the drain line
Vanities, valves and the fixtures you touch.
A restroom is a system: supply valves, sink drains, toilet connections and venting all affect each other. Handling them together saves a second visit and avoids surprises during a remodel.
- Vanity sink and faucet replacements
- Shut-off valve and supply line updates
- Drain and vent connections
- Water-saving fixture options

Before you send the request.
My toilet keeps running. Is that worth repairing?
Almost always. Running is usually a flapper, fill valve or seal issue. Tell us the brand and how the toilet behaves, and we will confirm the repair path.
When should a toilet be replaced instead of repaired?
Cracks in the bowl or tank, the same part failing again and again, heavy mineral buildup, or a toilet that is simply at the end of its life. If the repair costs a big chunk of a new toilet, we will tell you.
The toilet leaks at the base. What causes that?
A failed wax ring, a loose or broken flange, or movement in the toilet. Water at the base can rot the subfloor, so that one should be fixed before it spreads.
Can you install a toilet I purchased myself?
Yes. Send the model and measure from the wall to the closet bolts if you can. We will confirm it matches the rough-in before we come out.
Do you work with rental properties and property managers?
Yes. Tell us the unit, the issue and who approves the work, and we will coordinate with the manager or owner from there.
