Fixtures that fit the room and the plumbing behind it.
A fixture is only as good as what connects to it. The work includes the shut-off valves, supply lines and drains, so the install stays serviceable down the road.
- Kitchen and bath faucets, pull-down and touchless
- Undermount, drop-in and vessel sinks
- Toilets, including comfort-height and low-flow
- Tub and shower valves, cartridges and trim
The parts you cannot see cause the callbacks.
Most leaks we get called back for start at a valve, a supply line or a drain connection. We check those while the fixture is out, not after the cabinet is full again.
- Shut-off valve condition and replacement
- Supply lines, P-traps and drain connections
- Leak check before we pack up
- Care for counters, cabinets and finishes

Before you send the request.
Can you install a fixture I already bought?
Yes, that is common. Send the brand and model, and a photo of the current setup. We will confirm it fits the connections before we schedule the install.
Should I repair or replace a dripping faucet?
It depends on the age of the fixture and what failed. A cartridge or seat often fixes it. If the body is corroded or the finish is shot, replacement makes more sense. We tell you which one it is when we see it.
What affects the cost of a fixture installation?
The fixture itself, access, the condition of the shut-off valves and drain, and whether the opening in the counter or wall has to change. We confirm those before the work starts.
How long does a fixture installation take?
A faucet is quick. A toilet or a shower valve takes longer, especially when the valve is behind the wall. We give you the plan before we start.
Do you install customer-supplied fixtures?
Yes. Keep the box, the parts bag and the instructions. If something is missing, it is easier to sort out before we are on site.
