Can you take over plumbing another contractor started?
Often, yes. Send photos of where the plumbing stopped and what is left. We will look at the condition of the work before we commit to taking it over.
Do you work from builder scopes and addenda?
Yes. Send the scope, the addenda and the lot list. We bid what is written and flag anything that looks short or unclear before the numbers are final.
Are you certified for public and agency work?
Medina Cuba Plumbing is HUB and WBE certified and works under a Texas plumbing contractor license — the credentials public and private projects require.
