Before you send the request.
How do I know if I have a slab leak?
Warm spots on the floor, a water bill that jumps, the sound of running water when nothing is on, or cracks that show up out of nowhere. Tell us what you are noticing and we will tell you what it takes to find it.
Do you have to break the slab to fix a leak?
Not always. It depends on where the leak is and how the line runs. We find the location first, then walk you through the repair options and what each one involves.
What should I do if water is running right now?
Shut off the main valve, then call 469-469-7483. We answer Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. If it happens overnight, keep the water off and call us first thing in the morning.
