Before you send the request.
Can you work around occupied units?
Yes. Tell us the access rules, the notice you give tenants and the hours that work for the property. We plan the day around them.
Do you handle both turns and ongoing service calls?
Both. Some properties use us for unit turns, some for the leaks, drains and water heaters that come up every week, and many use us for both. Tell us how the property runs and we will fit the schedule.
What happens if a leak starts after hours?
Shut off the water at the unit or the riser and call 469-469-7483. We answer Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. After-hours calls go to the next business day.
